I can email (: but momma!!!! putting the 8 pack thing on the blog!! hahhahahahahaha now that is embarrassing! esta bien. but this week I am just putting a smile on my face and it was a lot better!!! Even with the companions! I have just learned to do my own thing with them. Just read my scriptures or something like that. I feel sooo bad for Cort. Tell Hannah To email ME!!!! I want to see how she is doing!!!!!! you will only be a few hours away from me!!!! haha but that's okay. We have a baptism this week. Which is really exciting.  Her name is Alicia and I am doing the confirmation in sacrament meeting. Which is kind of nerve racking haha but it will be okay!!! Thank you for all of the pictures!!! I love them! they are so stinking cute!!!! How are things at home?? everything going well?? Send everyone my love!!!! I love the people here. I know I am here for a purpose. It might just be finding who I am. But that is okay!!! haha I am growing every day!! And tell Tailor I can still take her on. haha Matt is almost coming home!!! that is sooooo crazy. Soon it will be me. I love you!!! If I think of something else. I will email it to you haha I love you!

Hey mom and dad!!!! This week has been better!!! It is crazy how satan tries to make such small things turn into big things. I am just trying to put a smile on my face. But did you get my letter??

Yesterday I ate a chili and it is called chili de amor. Oh my goodness it was so hott!!!!! I had tears running down my face!!! haha

I am so thankful for prayer. I always have my heavenly father to talk to. I love him so much for that. The homesickness is on and off. But I am doing pretty good!!! The companions are good than bad. Good than bad. Kind of a roller coaster but it is getting better!!! I think haha But I have spent so much time on my knees it is crazy!!!! I have no word on my Visa yet. it is alright though. I am doing my best!!!

The people that I am teaching, there is a family and it is kind of sad because the husband told the wife that he didn't want to be with her for eternity. But we are trying to work on that. I think their daughter would get baptized any day but we are trying to make it so the daughter and the mom can get baptized on the same day. There is another one that is really interested, he went to a baptism and church the other week which is good. (: To be honest. I am just trying to always have a smile on my face.

Its cool, my roomates say I have a 8 pack (:(:(: I guess there is a such thing!!! haha but I have been working out pretty hard to get rid of my nerves. I love it haha   That and praying have helped me a lot (:

The work is going good!!!! God is always there for anyone that needs him!!!! I miss you all so much!!!!! But I need to get to work!!! Love you all!!!

HOLA!!!

How is everyone doing!!!! I am doing pretty darn good!!!! The mission is going great!!!!! We are very busy. The people here are also so nice and so sweet!!!!! I love them a lot!!!

My companions are alright!!! they kind of don't like each other and it is hard for me. Honestly it makes me sad because we are on the Lords time.  But maybe I am here to try and help the companionship. Who knows. I am really loving the people though!!! the people are truly amazing!!! I am rolling with the gangsters (: haha I am in the most dangerous part of Las Vegas but I feel safe!!!! We do hardly any tracting because we have a lot of lessons and referrals. Mostly we speak Spanish. But the companion that has been here the longest usually does all of the talking.  I love the members here! they are very nice! How is Randy and Charese? They have been on my mind lately. Send them my love. How is everyone else?? My Dog? What is up with the losses against westlake!!!!!!!!!! it is alright. This week has been pretty long. I am not going to lie haha But I have no word on my Visa. So I couldn't tell you anything with that!!!! Thank you all for your love and support!!!! This work is great (:

Well, we got a letter in the mail today!!  Wahoo!! so here goes...

Letter Home

Family! I made it here! :) things are going great!  The mission president knows Brent Dial so it is kind of nice because we have something to talk about!  How is the family?  The MTC experience for the mission is over! over for good!  That is kind of weird.  Not going to lie kind of nerve racking at the same time.  HAHA  The people here are so welcoming!  I am pretty darn excited to get out and start teaching!  And nervous at the same time.  But it will be ok :) I believe I might just be here until my visa comes.  But it might be hard to leave because everyone is so nice!  I heard Lexi isn't getting the surgery done any more!  How is she feeling about that?  How are my nieces and nephew doing?  I love them so stinking much!  I got kind of sick on the plane ride because I was so stinking tired!  How are you doing mom? and dad?  Will you let everyone know my P-days are Mondays.  What is going on at the house?  Everybody doing ok?  I love you all so much!  I am so grateful for you!  I know I am where I need to be.  I love you! Today is Friday.  Thursday was Mitch's old p-day which means we haven't heard from him in a while.  He is in Vegas now...I think.  I hope to hear from him soon :)



Todays Lesson... I will go any where the Lord wants me to go,  but if I don't check in with my mom, my mom will call your mom and BIG TROUBLE MISTER...Just sayin...

Thank you all for your emails!!!! I love the MTC!!! I have hardly any time to write so I will hurry. I love you all so much!!! I have been temporarily reassigned to the Nevada Las Vegas West Mission!!! While I wait for my visa that is where I will be serving! I am so stinking excited! I am so excited for GC this weekend!!!! Thirsty? "well said from Hurcules" One month is down!!!! Where did it go? It feels like yesterday I came in the CCM. I got to do traffic yesterday for the new elders coming in. It was so nice to be outside in the sun. Instead of sitting in a classroom all day getting my brain fried! haha but I love it. I am so excited for this week!! I get to pass the sacrament in the big auditorium where we do devotionals and things. We are having a Sacrament in there and a General Authority is going to be coming to speak to us. So exciting!!! This week I am learning how grateful I am for the atonement. Yo se que JesuCristo sufrio por nuestros pecados. WOW! I love my Savior with all of my heart!!! I love all of you so much!!! I love it here!!! I love the people in Peru already!!! And if I get reassigned I love them also haha but.... I will be forever grateful to everyone in my life!!! Read Mosiah 14 mom, dad, hermano y hermanas. Touches my heart everytime I read it. I love you all so much!!!! You all are in my prayers everyday! The Spanish is coming slowly but surely haha but then I hear people speaking chinese and realize how grateful I am haha I love you all so much!

Another week down!!!! Is it crazy that in less than one week it is already going to be a whole month!!!!!????? Crazy!!!! This week has been fantastic!!!!! It flew right by. The days might seem like weeks, but the weeks seem like days. The Spanish is coming!! Improving everyday!! I am so grateful for everyone that has been in my life!!!! it is kind of sad how much we all take for granted. Being locked in here at the MTC makes me think of so much I have been blessed in my life. I love you all so much!!!!! But someone out there needs me!!!!! I dunno who. But they need me! haha Almost one month down!!!!!! Thank you all for your love and support!!! I miss you all! Send my nieces, nephew, and my dog love for me!!!!!! It feels like yesterday I was writing back home!!!! But I want to thank everyone for the amazing examples you all have given me!!!!

Hola!!!

I am going to try to send pictures today!! It will just be in a little bit!!! But my companion is from Rexburg, Idaho. He just barely graduated a couple weeks ago and graduated early. So he is a youngen. Actually, he does not snore. And neither to I supposedly haha but we might have some new elders coming in tomorrow. And I never received an email from whitney. But I will have a little letter for her for the letters I send home because I feel bad I didn't talk to her!!!!! But the work here is great!!! Last week I learned patience, this week has been a humbling week. The days are extremely long. But filled with the spirit!!!!! I am so tired every night, but it is really amazing.  Tell everybody I say HOLA! haha thank you for the cookies though. I am trying so hard to save them and not eat them all in one sitting! It is so hard!!! haha But if you send Cafe Rio make sure that you can hide the smell. Because I heard if they can smell it they will take it out. It is crazy how much we take advantage of all of the things around us. The beauty of nature for example!!!! Being outside with family and friends!!!! Going hunting with ry and dad. I have really learned how to apreciate everything around me. I told lexi this, but read Mosiah 14. WOW!!!!!!!!!! I love this work and I love you mom and dad!!!! Tell my hermano y hermanas that I love them!!!! Send the neices and nephew my love!!!! Tell tai that she comes up on my mind every once in a while ;) Just kidding Tai, love you to death haha but Kay and Ry!!!!!! I think the world of you, and i look up to you so much!!!!! You have been such an inspiration in my life. I miss ya! I look forward to you drawing out that tag! I love you! haha KING WHITNEY!! I truly miss you harassing me a little bit haha but i love you!!!! you are a huge part in my life!!! You go find yourself some chocolate treat if you know what I mean (: I love you!!!!!! Shay!!! thank you for the workout stuff!!! Barry, they have weights here so I am taking advantage of that! Even though shay and whitney harass me I still miss you! you are truly amazing!!!!! Even though we fought so much. here is a kiss on the forehead haha. I love you!!!!  Mom and Dad!!!! I love you both so much!!!!!!! You are truly one of the biggest reasons why I am here. I love you two soooooo much!!! I just can't help but thinking about love when I am out here in the mission field!!! I couldn't ask for better parents than you two. Tell the young ones that I love them so much. I absolutely love it here so MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The spirit is so strong and now I have a second family. My district couldn't be any better. I feel the spirit every second of every day!!!!! The food is really good!!!!!! I saw spencer and I have seen Jenna!! also a few other friends. This week has absolutely flown by. The spanish is pretty difficult but we have already done four lessons in spanish!!! I can pretty much say my testimony, and say a prayer in spanish. I can kind of communicate but only for a weeks worth of knowledge I think that it is quite the improvement!!! Sorry I can't really spell english words anymore haha I have just gotten so used to hearing and reading spanish all day everyday!!!! My companion is a great elder!!!!!  I will try to send a letter home to update a little bit more!!!!! I love this gospel so much!!!! it is so true!!!!! I am so grateful for all of your examples and I love you all so very much. You all are great!!!!! I love it here!!!! The SPIRIT HAS FLOWN THROUGH MY BODY AND I CANNOT DENY THIS CHURCH IS TRUE. it is so amazing. I love you mom and dad. you two are great examples in my life. I love you so much.

Provo MTC

We dropped Mitchy off on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 12:45 pm at the Provo MTC.  His visa for Peru hasn't been approved yet so he will begin serving here in Utah.  It was GREAT to see one of Mitch's friends, Jenna, there at the curbside.  He yelled out, "I love you Jenna!" ... is that ok?  It was exciting to have a diesel truck pull up behind us with a new missionary driving.  We kind of had a Big Trouble in Little China moment.  Fun, Fun, Fun!!  I didn't cry at all... ok maybe a little... ok,ok it was only a few times.  It was so nice to see all the missionaries out on the curb happy and waving.  It helped a lot!! 

This week's lesson...Ripping the band-aid off fast... still hurts.
